At 5 Star Football, we take your privacy seriously. We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services—typically your name, email address, phone number, and basic contact details. This information is used solely to deliver a better experience, improve our services, and communicate with you directly. You will not receive marketing emails or messages unless you specifically opt in. If you do receive a marketing email by mistake, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the message.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties under any circumstances, especially for marketing purposes. This includes your mobile information—your phone number and any SMS-related data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional use. We use your contact details only for direct service-related communication, like updates about recruiting programs, training reminders, or support requests.
Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. You always have the right to opt out of communications or request data removal at any time. Please note, in many cases, a parent or guardian's contact information may be submitted on behalf of an athlete, especially if the athlete is under 18 years old. This is common in our forms, and we respect all opt-out requests promptly.
We may occasionally update this privacy policy, and any changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of our site constitutes your acceptance of this policy.

Refund Policy
Try the Training App free for 7 days before you pay anything. After that, purchases are final.
5 Star Football Training App
Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start it. You get full access for those seven days to decide whether the programming is right for you. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
Because the trial lets you evaluate the app in full before paying, subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial periods. You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; cancelling does not trigger a refund of that period.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. We cannot issue or decline a refund on them. Refund requests for in-app purchases must go to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, who decide at their own discretion under their own policies.
Recruiting services
The 1-on-1 Recruiting Service and the Custom Evaluation are non-refundable. These are bespoke services: work begins on your athlete as soon as you purchase — film review, written evaluation, strategy and coach outreach — and that work cannot be returned once it has been done.
The standard recruiting evaluation is free. We would rather you use the free evaluation first and buy only if the result makes it worth it.
Youth program
The Youth Training Program is a one-time digital purchase and is non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions at our discretion — duplicate charges and genuine billing errors are always corrected. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, email us before disputing the charge and we will sort it out.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting your phone number, email, or payment through 5 Star Football's website or participating in any of our services—including training programs, recruiting services, or digital resources—you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of all products and communications provided by Coach Isaac and the 5 Star Football team.
Services
5 Star Football provides digital recruiting support, football-specific training programs, and educational resources designed to help athletes with their development and recruiting journey. These services are for individual, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or unauthorized resale of any content or service without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated SMS communications from Coach Isaac and the 5 Star Football system. These may include updates related to your order, recruiting tips, training programs, offers, and event reminders. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us directly.
Email Communications
By providing your email, you agree to receive communications related to your account, training content, recruiting updates, and other relevant resources. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. However, certain transactional emails (e.g., payment confirmations or service updates) are required for active users and cannot be opted out of.
Payment Terms
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your card details. If you enroll in a recurring plan, you authorize 5 Star Football to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until you cancel. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy above, which sets out the terms for each product. Where a subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's billing and refund rules apply instead.
No Guarantees
Participation in any 5 Star Football program does not guarantee a college scholarship, Division 1 recruitment, NIL deals, or any specific athletic outcome. Success depends on multiple factors outside of our control, including athletic performance, academic standing, and coaching evaluations.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by 5 Star Football—including recruiting templates, training programs, digital guides, and communication frameworks—are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or republish any content without written permission from Coach Isaac or the 5 Star Football team.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and may be communicated via email or SMS when relevant.
