Cool it’s alright but kinda advanced

I’m currently 2 weeks into the package and have not only found increases in my lifts and time off on my 40. My body has also never felt better than ever. With this package I have noticed a difference in my physique and also don’t feel the same pain or stiffness I use to. Worth every penny would recommend to anyone else getting serious about their football journey.

It has immediately changed my skills and taken them to the next level. I have increased all of my lifts by 15+lbs each.

Great package, bought for my son who is a u16 free Saftey transitioning from being a linebacker and the drills are definitely making the transition easier. As he received this package prior to stating the school year he was able to take the information provided and put into his plan for the year right from the start. Only thing he wishes was that he could print his work out sheets for the week and days to track better.
