The five star football package is great. I went from sophomore on varsity that got no playtime to a junior they never take off the field on both sides of the ball. I've gotten stronger, faster, and more athletic which helps a ton for my dreams of playing football in college.

The best training out there!! Very simple to comprehend and gives videos of workouts if you don’t know what they are. Gives you the blueprint to get to that D1 college you always dreamed of. Also it gives you drills to do for your specific position group! The diet/ meal plan is simple, easy to follow, and isn’t really as strict as others, this and the workouts helped me gain weight and muscle while slimming down. Overall a great investment for people with aspirations of playing D1 football.
