Only been using the program for a few weeks and already seeing improvement in my lifts, and I’ve gained 7 pounds while getting faster. Field workouts are great too because they are position-specific. I’m only a freshman, but I think with the training program, I might be able to make varsity next year.

Coach hadac has really put the pieces to the puzzle here. I’ve started implementing his 5* package with my D-line including drills and walkthroughs and we’re already seeing gains with PRs in the weight room and quickness on the turf. I cannot wait to see what this does for our d line on the field this fall. If you aren’t using Coach’s comprehensive methods, you’re behind.
