After only using this for a couple of weeks, I have seen significant gain in my lifts. While also becoming a more explosive and athletic player. Easily the best training program out there!

Really helpful for people who do not have direct access to coaching. Lots of unique information and drills that are great.

I love this package, the gym exercises are great, but I would like to see more Wide Receiver exercises on field day. I feel like the package is just focused on the gym but other than that it's very good and I feel myself getting stronger.
